Free Returns Promotion

For a limited time only France and Son will allow customers to return products for free with no 30% restocking fee! Eligible returns will be refunded in the form of store credit gift card. The following conditions are required for free return eligibility: 

• The shipping address of the order is in: NY
• The item(s) are in new condition with all original packaging
• The return is initiated within 7 days of receipt
• The returned merchandise is received within 30 days of return authorization
• Refunds will be given in the form of a store credit gift card.
• One free return per order: Orders placed using store credit gift card are not eligible for free returns.

 

Any shipping upcharges such as white glove service or expedited delivery / processing are non-refundable and excluded from the free return policy.
