Please double check with our staff via chat, email, of phone to confirm product availability and lead times. If an item shows a specific quantity, then that means it's in stock. Lead times for in stock items range between 1-6 weeks depending on the origin warehouse location.
Quickship items have a lead time of 1-2 weeks for freight and 3-5 days for small parcel.
Shipping Locations & Range:
Small Parcel: We ship small parcel items nationwide excluding AK and HI. Those states in addition to international shipments will be quoted on a case by case basis.
Freight/ Oversized: The following states are within our shipping range for oversized items and orders, and they always ship free: CT, DE, DC, FL, GA, IL, MD, MA, MI, NJ, NY, NC, OH, PA, SC, VA
Out of range deliveries may require quantity minimums or be undeliverable. We will waive any cancellation fees if an order is out of range and we cannot deliver it. Customer will have the option to pay extra to deliver out of range on a case by case basis.
Economy Shipping Definition: Economy Shipping levels vary by region and item size. All small parcel shipments are delivered by a common carrier (Fedex, UPS, USPS). Economy Shipping for Freight & Oversized shipments will be delivered to the front door of the home or building by a professional delivery company. If you're out of range, then Economy means curbside freight delivery. If you have a long driveway most freight trucks cannot deliver onto the driveway.

We do our best to ship products as quickly as possible, but sometimes the info presented on our website becomes outdated before we can update it.
Small items will ship via small parcel UPS or Fedex, and large shipments will ship with the freight carrier or specialty delivery company of our choosing. We'll send shipment and tracking information as soon as any order ships. Please note that some specialty delivery partners do not provide tracking. They will simply contact customers directly to arrange a delivery.
Certain contiguous locations may incur additional charges if they're in remote locations that are not easily accessible by our carriers or out of range. Some items might have high damage rates to specific regions, and might require larger minimums to ship safely, or we may need to cancel them completely due to a high chance of damage.

You can cancel your order for a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date if the shipping process hasn't started. After 7 days there will be a 10% restocking fee for cancellations, or we can issue a full store credit with no restocking fee (your choice!). Your order is considered in the shipping process if it has been packed, picked up by a carrier, or shipped. You can no longer cancel after the shipping process has started. Please refer to our return policy for details if the shipping process has already started.
Please note all Custom, Made to Order, Final Sale, and Shipping Service Upgrades are not eligible for cancellation
France and Son is not liable or responsible for any theft or loss that occurs after a delivery.
Limited Warranty. The France and Son warrants to the Customer that the Products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of shipment of the Products to Customer (the "Limited Warranty"). The Company's SOLE OBLIGATION and Customer’s SOLE REMEDY in the event of a defect covered by this warranty will be, at Company's option, to (a) replace the defective Product, or (b) refund to Customer the purchase price paid by Distributor for such defective Product.

More Flexible Options
France and Son's standard damage policy requires a replacement product; however, with Assure you can get a refund if your claim is accepted.
If a package is stolen our standard policy doesn't cover a replacement or refund. With Assure you are insured against this huge inconvenience.

3) Attach images of the boxes, shipping labels, and the damaged product(s).
4) Await your expedited resolution!
