Lead Time: Most items ship in 3-5 weeks when in stock
We offer free shipping on select small parcel items.
Please double check with our staff via chat, email, of phone to confirm product availability and lead times. If an item shows a specific quantity, then that means it's in stock in one of our distribution facilities. Lead times for in stock items range between 1-6 weeks depending on the origin warehouse location and the destination address.
Quickship items have an estimated lead time of 1-3 weeks for freight and 3-5 days for small parcel.
If an item shows "available" without any stock level, then it can be ordered, but the lead time might be longer. You can ask our team for more information, or we'll notify you of the estimated delivery after purchasing.
What makes us different: We take the additional steps of sending bulky items to professional receiving facilities, using specialized carriers that are professionally trained in furniture logistics, and then performing the your delivery after an additional layer of inspection. This premium process results in significantly less damage issues. The process is longer, but in the long run there's less aggravation for our customers. We prefer to do things the right way instead of at rushed pace like some of our competitors.
Shipping Locations & Range:
Small Parcel: We ship small parcel items nationwide excluding AK, HI, and some remote locations. Remote locations in addition to international shipments will be quoted on a case by case basis. Signatures will usually be required on shipments over $500.
Freight/ Oversized: The following states are within our shipping range for oversized items and orders, and they incur a small $39 base shipping charge: CT, DE, DC, FL, GA, IL, KY, MD, MA, MI, NH, NJ, NY, NC, OH, PA, RI, SC, TN, VA, VT, WI. There may be some remote locations such as islands or mountain areas that are excluded and considered "out of range". Some examples of remote are but not limited to: Fire Island, Nantucket, Martha's Vineyard...
Out of range deliveries may require quantity minimums or be undeliverable.You may have the option to pay extra for an out of range delivery on a case by case basis.
France & Son is not responsible for any storage fees or held shipment charges that result from a delay in shipment. France & Son is not responsible for any charges that result from unapproved arrangements with the carriers.
Shipping Service Levels:
Economy Shipping: Economy Shipping levels vary by region and item size. All small parcel shipments are delivered by a common carrier (Fedex, UPS, USPS). Economy Shipping for Freight & Oversized shipments will be delivered to the front door of the home or building by a professional delivery company. If you're out of range, then Economy means curbside freight delivery. If you have a long driveway most freight trucks cannot deliver onto the driveway.
Rockstar Delivery: This service upgrade is a threshold level delivery, which means that your order will be brought inside through the front door or a garage. Packaging will remain intact, and the package will be left directly inside the threshold. If the package cannot fit through the door, then you'll have the option to upgrade to a higher level. It is the customers responsibility to measure, and this fee is non-refundable.
White Glove Delivery: This service upgrade includes bringing the product(s) in to the room of your choice, removing the box, and performing basic furniture assembly. This service includes delivery up 1 flight of stairs and/or an elevator. This does not include lighting assembly or installations that would require mounting an item to a wall, ceiling, or modifying a customer's property in any way. This service is not refundable within 24 hours of delivery.
White Glove Delivery Premium: This service offers all of the white glove perks plus the addition of removing and disposing of the packaging and debris. This service is not refundable within 24 hours of delivery.
White Glove Delivery Premium Plus+: Includes everything in premium, but with the addition of removing the furniture that the new item(s) is replacing.

France and Son is not liable or responsible for any theft or loss that occurs after a delivery. We recommend adding Assure Shipping Protection at checkout for theft protection.
Limited Warranty. The France and Son warrants to the Customer that the Products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of shipment of the Products to Customer (the "Limited Warranty"). The Company's SOLE OBLIGATION and Customer’s SOLE REMEDY in the event of a defect covered by this warranty will be, at Company's option, to (a) replace the defective Product, or (b) refund to Customer the purchase price paid by Distributor for such defective Product.
