1966A Broadhollow Rd Pickup Instructions

Please have your Order Confirmation Number and a Photo ID that matches the your order information with you. If you're sending someone to pickup on your behalf, then please give us that person's name by replying to the pickup notification.

Upon arrival please present a staff member with your Order # when you arrive.

The location can be a little tricky, so here's some tips to find us:

The address is 1966A Broadhollow rd, Farmingdale NY 11735; however, the warehouse is actually on a private street called "Glove Circle" on the West side of Broadhollow Rd (RT 110). The street entrance is right after Mattress Firm when heading South, or on the opposite side of the street from Strain Stars when heading North.

Once on the private road, France and Son's warehouse is the first warehouse on the right. Take the first right and follow the driveway that goes around to the back of the warehouse.

After you go around to the back of warehouse you'll see the entrance. The entrance has hanging plastic weather strips and it's next to the two loading docks that should be the first thing you see once in the lot. Please go through the strips, up the ramp, and open the door at the end on the left.

There should be some warehouse staff that can help you. Present them with your order number and let them know you're there for a pickup, and they'll get your order for you.

Please note that the staff cannot help you bring the item(s) to your car. Pickups are self service.
