File A Claim

Submitting a claim is easy!

Just us at cs@franceandson.com with the following info:

1) Subject: Assure Claim for Order [Your order number]
2) Do you best to provide a written description of the damage
3) Attach images of the boxes, shipping labels, and the damaged product(s).
4) Await your expedited resolution!

*Claims must be filed within 3 days of receipt.
