Receiving Warehouse, Storage and Delivery Service Rates
France and Son has partnered with Quantum to provide our professional customers with a full service logistics package that includes: package receiving, opening, inspecting, inventorying, storage, and final mile white glove delivery & installation for household goods and furnishings.
No project is too small or large; from a few pieces to a full install of a 15,000 sq ft home.
The entire process is documented for accurate billing and transparency though a timeline of timestamped images, so customers can accurately review the entire process for their records. We understand that trust is earned, and our professional team is trained to work efficiently and safely, so your money is spent wisely.
Our rates are arguably the most competitive in the NY Tri-State Area, but get even more competitive for Ultra Trade Premium Membership, which provides the free receiving and storage to members.
Below are the rates for each service:
Receiving Rates: (Free with Ultra Trade)
Labor is billed at $60/ hr in quarter hour increments. The time spent to receive, open, inspect, photograph, and put into storage is calculated. The times vary considerably from item to item, but our team is trained to move fast and efficiently.
Storage Rates: (Free with Ultra Trade)
Each customer is provided a dedicated storage space that's about 500 CF for $250/ month. The time is calculated from the time of first use.

White Glove Delivery:
Delivery is billed at $35 per truck per hour. Labor is billed at $65 / hour per person. Each truck has a driver and 2 installers. If an extra person is needed for oversized jobs, then that's provided without an additional charge. You will only be billed for the time attributed to your delivery. Any tolls or parking tickets incurred as part of the delivery service will be billed as cost.
Billing:
All services are billed on with a $500 down payment, and then the calculated balance will is net due after the services are completed. If the project goes under the $500 sown payment, then we'll refund the difference.
