One guided sourcing request is one product-selection task for a room or project. Here is what our team helps you with:

1. Share your room or project brief, preferred pieces, budget and timing.
2. We help build a shortlist, suggest alternatives and prepare a quote with pricing and availability information.
3. Send one set of feedback and we revise the shortlist. You decide which pieces to order.

For example: a living-room shortlist with a sofa, two chairs, a coffee table and lighting counts as one sourcing request. Placing the order uses your separate trade-order allowance.

Access includes 3 requests per membership year. Studio includes 1 per monthly membership period; Concierge includes 2. Unused requests do not roll over. A new brief, more than 10 products or extra revision rounds can be quoted separately before work begins. This is product sourcing assistance; full interior-design services, drawings, site visits and delivery fees are not included.

Order tracking, damage claims and help correcting an existing order do not use a sourcing request. Free uses automated help and shared-team support; paid tiers have an assigned representative to coordinate follow-up.

Access includes 3 trade-priced orders per membership year. Studio includes 12; Concierge includes 24. This is the number of orders that can use eligible trade pricing, separate from the number of sourcing requests.

One paid merchandise checkout counts as one order, even if it contains several products or arrives in separate deliveries. A fully canceled order does not count.

Your order allowance runs for 12 months from your Trade approval anniversary. Monthly membership payments do not reset it. Orders already used in that membership year count toward your allowance if you change tiers; switching tiers does not start a fresh allowance. Paid-tier allowances require an active paid or earned membership.

Once your allowance is used, you can continue shopping at regular or publicly available promotional prices. You can also discuss a higher tier if you need more trade-priced orders. Existing-order support remains available. Contact your representative or our trade team to confirm your remaining allowance.

We are developing a complimentary membership path for qualifying purchasing relationships. These draft thresholds remain subject to final approval and account review; earned membership is not available at launch.

Studio · $25,000

Proposed qualifying purchases over the preceding 12 months. Approved accounts would receive the next quarter of Studio membership without a subscription fee.

Concierge · $60,000

Proposed qualifying purchases over the preceding 12 months. Approved accounts would receive the next quarter of Concierge membership without a subscription fee.

Reviewed quarterly

Earned members would receive the same benefits as paying members. The proposal includes one quarter of grace if purchasing falls below the threshold, followed by paid continuation or a return to Access.

Qualifying purchases would count paid, fulfilled merchandise after discounts and refunds, excluding taxes, shipping, membership fees, advertising and canceled orders. Qualification would also consider account profitability and service costs. Advertising campaigns remain separately payable.

Approved designers could request sponsored directory placements, local spotlights, project showcases, newsletter features or separately managed advertising campaigns. Placements will be clearly identified as sponsored and booked subject to availability.

Studio members would receive 10% off and Concierge members 20% off eligible France & Son advertising placements and our creative, setup or management fees. External Meta or Google media budgets are separate and excluded from the discount.

Each campaign requires its own approved scope, budget and schedule. Paid membership does not automatically confer Recommended Designer approval, the existing program seal, or a guaranteed number of leads.
