What is AssurePro?

AssurePro is a premium service level that we offer on select products. AssurePro allows you to make free exchanges and deduction free returns under specific conditions.

Free Exchanges:

AssurePro items that ship small parcel qualify for free exchanges or full store credit with zero shipping deductions. You can order with confidence and never worry about losing value when trying an AssurePro item.

No shipping Deductions:

Our standard return policy deducts round trip shipping costs from your refund; however, AssurePro products have can allow you to conserve the entire order value with no deductions or fees.

As mentioned above, small parcel AssurePro items can be returned for a FULL store credit or exchanged free of charge. Each purchase qualifies for a single AssurePro return/exchange. Subsequent returns will default to our standard policy.

Larger items (that ship freight or via moving company) can also qualify for a full store credit or exchange. To qualify customers need to bring the item directly to our Tanger Riverhead Outlet. We won't deduct the usual outbound cost of shipping and we'll issue a full store credit. Only one AssurePro return or exchange can be made per item.
