We source our products from the finest factories and only work with the best vendors to ensure that every purchase will please our customers. Our pieces are available in a variety of colors, finishes, and textiles to complement any decor, and we even offer custom upholstery if you really can’t find what you’re looking for. We’re confident you’ll have no trouble finding the perfect pieces for your home. If you’re in an interior design rut, we offer design services to help you see your space in a new light and assist you along your style evolution.

We do our best to ship products as quickly as possible, but sometimes the info presented on our website becomes outdated before we can update it.
Small items will ship via small parcel UPS or Fedex, and large shipments will ship with the freight carrier of our choosing. We'll send shipment and tracking information as soon as any order ships.
Shipments outside of the contiguous US will incur additional charges that are quoted on a case by case basis. Additionally, certain contiguous locations may incur additional charges if they're in remote locations that are not easily accessible by our carriers or out of range. Some items might have high damage rates to some regions, and might require larger minimums to ship safely.

You can cancel your order for a full refund if the shipping process hasn't started. Your order is considered in the shipping process if it has been packed, picked up by a carrier, or shipped. You can no longer cancel after the shipping process has started. Please refer to our return policy for details if the shipping process has already started.

France and Son's standard damage policy requires a replacement product; however, with Assure you can get a refund if your claim is accepted.

If a package is stolen our standard policy doesn't cover a replacement or refund. With Assure you are insured against this huge inconvenience.
File A Claim
Submitting a claim is easy!
Just us at cs@franceandson.com with the following info:
1) Subject: Assure Claim for Order [Your order number]
2) Do you best to provide a written description of the damage
3) Attach images of the boxes, shipping labels, and the damaged product(s).
4) Await your expedited resolution!
*Claims must be filed within 3 days of receipt.
Checkout With Assure
Shipping damage and stolen goods happen. They're not common, but it can ruin your week if/when it does. We know that deliveries are already stressful, and nothing is worse than waiting a several months for a product, and then it arrives damaged. Dealing with with a complicated and drawn our claim process is the bitter cherry on top of an already bad situation.
