Product Description: Made for curling up & stretching out, the Jasmine Collection Bench Seat Sofa is for the cool, calm and collected - or in this case, the comforted. The pieces in this collection are constructed with gentle sloped tapered arms, a fiber down bench seat and a wood plinth base, offering a choice of finishes from Natural Oak, Ebony, Perk or Toffee. From an early morning cup of joe to a warm glass of your favorite red, the Jasmine is sure to be everyone's favorite sofa.

Seating Construction: Seat bases are supported by a sinuous arc metal spring construction. Our springs are made from partially recycled content. Due to the design requirements of some styles, rubberized webbing may be used instead of springs. Double rows of springs are used at the corners for extra support. Seat bases are insulated with polypropylene fabric and are padded with synthetic fiber.


Frame Construction: Our M upholstered furniture collection pieces are benchmade from sustainably sourced wood and upholstered start to finish by our skilled craftspeople in both North Carolina and Virginia. Every piece has been thoughtfully designed for today’s modern lifestyle. Frames are constructed of sustainably certified kiln dried engineered hardwood. Frame parts are joined with precision cut interlocking joints that are glued, stapled to reduce movement, twisting and warping. Frames have corner blocks that are glued and screwed at stress points, especially on seat rails and other high stress areas. Depending on rail thickness, frames may be of a hybrid construction, adding a solid hardwood inner frame to give seat rails additional support.

Lead Times: 

"In Stock" lead times are about 1-3 days for the shipping process to start! Transit times vary 2-5 weeks depending on the origin warehouse location and the destination address. Chat with us for more info.

"Available" items: these items can be ordered, but the lead time might be longer. They may be made to order, custom, or special orders. You can ask our team for more information, or we'll inform you of the estimated delivery times.

"Backordered" items: contact us about the restock date if one isn't already shown.

What makes us different: We take the additional steps of sending bulky items to professional receiving facilities, using specialized carriers that are professionally trained in furniture logistics, and then performing the your delivery after an additional layer of inspection. This premium process results in significantly less damage issues. The process is longer, but in the long run there's less aggravation for our customers. We prefer to do things the right way instead of at rushed pace like some of our competitors.

Shipping Service Levels:

Threshold Delivery: All small parcel shipments are delivered by a common carrier (Fedex, UPS, USPS). Threshold Delivery for Freight & Oversized shipments will be delivered to the first dry location outside of the home/building such as a porch or garage. If you have a long driveway some freight trucks cannot deliver onto the driveway.

White Glove Delivery: This service upgrade includes bringing the product(s) in to the room of your choice, removing the box, and performing basic furniture assembly. This service includes delivery up 1 flight of stairs and/or an elevator. This does not include lighting assembly or installations that would require mounting an item to a wall, ceiling, or modifying a customer's property in any way. This service is not refundable within 24 hours of delivery.

White Glove Delivery Premium: This service offers all of the white glove perks plus the addition of removing and disposing of the packaging and debris. This service is not refundable within 24 hours of delivery.

White Glove Delivery + Furniture Removal and Donation: Includes everything in premium, but with the addition of removing the old furniture and providing a tax deductible donation receipt for the removed product(s). More details here

Restrictions:

We ship nationwide excluding AK, HI, and some remote locations. Remote locations in addition to international shipments will be quoted on a case by case basis. Some examples of remote are but not limited to: Fire Island, Nantucket, Martha's Vineyard...

Signatures will usually be required on shipments over $500.

Restricted locations may require quantity minimums or be undeliverable.You may have the option to pay extra for on a case by case basis.

Limited Warranty. The France and Son warrants to the Customer that the Products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of shipment of the Products to Customer (the "Limited Warranty"). The Company's SOLE OBLIGATION and Customer’s SOLE REMEDY in the event of a defect covered by this warranty will be, at Company's option, to (a) replace the defective Product, or (b) refund to Customer the purchase price paid by Distributor for such defective Product.
